This badge aligns with DigComp 2.2 and supports the development of:

This badge demonstrates the earner’s insight into their own gaming experiences. Cities of Learning Network partners value badge earners’ reflections and issue this badge after reviewing the provided evidence.

Complete the following tasks and activities to earn the Connected Player badge.
Preparation:
- Download and install the Spaceteam app from your device’s app store and invite a group of friends or peers to play a full round.
Activity:
- Step 1. Play the game with your friends until you master it
- Step 2. After the game, reflect on the following: How was it for you to play the game? What games do you like and why? What do you get out of playing games? What did you learn from playing Spaceteam with others?
Claim the badge:
- Task: Create a personal reflection about your gaming experiences.
- Evidence: Submit your reflection in any creative format (text, audio, video, or drawing).

Preparation:
- Prepare the Spaceteam card game and familiarise yourself with the rules.
Activity:
- Step 1. Assemble a small group (4–6 players) and play an entire session
- Step 2. After the game, reflect on the experience: How was it for you to play the game? What games do you like and why? What do you get out of playing games? What did you learn from playing Spaceteam with others?
Claim the badge:
- Task: Share your thoughts about playing the card game version.
- Evidence: Submit your reflection through a creative expression (short story, photo collage, comic, or video).
