- Print and review the competence framework for youth workers. Highlight relevant sections.

- Step 2. Identify 1–2 competencies you’d like to improve.
Get the badge:
- Task: Complete a self-audit and choose a goal for growth.
- Evidence: Submit a filled-out audit sheet or a written reflection.

Preparation:
- Log in to the Cities of Learning platform and open the Digital Competence Assessment Tool for Youth Workers.
Activity:
- Step 1. Complete the assessment by reflecting on your proficiency levels across different competence areas.
- Step 2. Review your results and identify patterns, strengths, and gaps.
- Step 3. Based on your results, define one area you will actively work on improving.
Get the badge:
- Task: Complete the online assessment and create a development goal.
- Evidence: Submit a screenshot of your results and a short reflection outlining one competence you plan to develop further.
